Norme redazionali – Submission Guidelines

Indicazioni generali

La rivista accetta contributi redatti nelle seguenti lingue: italiano, francese, spagnolo, tedesco, inglese.
Ogni contributo deve essere accompagnato dall’eventuale istituzione di afferenza dell’autore, da un riassunto in italiano e da un abstract in inglese, che non superino gli 800 caratteri ciascuno. Al riassunto/abstract bisogna aggiungere cinque parole chiave in italiano e in inglese.


Formattazione del testo
I contributi non devono superare le 25.000 battute, compresi gli spazi e le note. I file devono essere inviati in formato .doc
I testi devono essere composti in carattere Times New Roman, corpo 12, margine giustificato, interlinea singola.
I titoletti interni al saggio devono essere formattati anch’essi in tondo, non devono essere numerati e devono essere separati dalla conclusione del paragrafo precedente da due righe vuote. Al titoletto deve seguire una riga vuota.


Immagini
Le eventuali immagini devono essere inviate come file a parte allegate al saggio e numerate in relazione alla loro collocazione nel testo.


Citazioni
Le citazioni vanno inserite fra virgolette a sergente e non fra virgolette inglesi. Quindi: «Magna vis est memoriae» e non “Magna vis est memoriae”. Le eventuali citazioni interne a una citazione vanno inserite, invece, tra virgolette inglesi: “ ”.
Le citazioni più lunghe di quattro righe devono essere formattate in corpo 10, senza virgolette di apertura e chiusura, con rientro a sinistra e a destra di 1 cm rispetto al testo.

Termini in lingua non italiana

Le parole in lingua straniera che non siano comprese all’interno di una citazione vanno sempre in corsivo, così come tutti i titoli di libri.
Termini ed espressioni in greco devono essere anch’esse formattate in Times New Roman 12 (nelle note TNR 10).

Note

Le note vanno inserite in Times New Roman corpo 10 come note “a piè pagina”.

Nota per la citazione successiva tratta dallo stesso libro di quella immediatamente precedente:
Ivi, p. 11.

Quando – sempre fra due note immediatamente successive – l’Autore è lo stesso ma i libri sono diversi si usa:
Id., (seguito dal titolo e da tutto il resto)

Se la citazione successiva fa riferimento alla stessa pagina del medesimo libro, la formula è:
Ibidem

I numeri di nota in esponente vanno inseriti dopo le virgolette e prima dell’eventuale segno di punteggiatura:
«La filosofia è un sapere non empirico ma capace di procurare conoscenze effettive che nessun ambito positivo di ricerca può raggiungere»1.


Recensioni

Le recensioni devono seguire le norme generali già indicate. I numeri di pagina delle citazioni del testo esaminato non vanno inseriti in nota ma nel corpo del testo tra parentesi tonde. Inoltre, la recensione deve contenere i seguenti elementi:
– una sintesi dei contenuti del libro
– una serie di citazioni (con relativo numero di pagina) a supporto della sintesi e del commento
– l’adeguata distinzione tra i contenuti del libro e il giudizio critico, positivo o negativo che sia, del recensore.

General Information

The Journal accepts manuscripts written in the following languages: Italian, French, Spanish, German and English. Each paper should include the affiliation of the author (i.e. institution, department) and provide an English abstract of no more than 800 characters and five keywords.

Text Formatting

The length of the paper should be of no more than 25.000 characters, spaces and notes included. Files should be submitted in .doc. The font should be Times New Roman, 12pt, justified margin, single line-spacing.

The heading of each paragraph should be normal plain-font and it should not be numbered; it should be separated by two empty lines from the previous paragraph and by a single one from the following.

Use italics for emphasis.

Artwork and illustration

Images should be submitted as a distinct file attached to the manuscript; they should be numbered in relation to their location in the text.

Citations

Citations should be put into angle quotes («…») and not into double quotation marks (“…”). Any internal citations within a quotation should be place between quotation marks (“…”).

Citations longer than 4 lines should be formatted in Times New Roman, 10 pt,; without angle quotes («…»); the layout should be of 1 cm to the right and to the left.

Footnotes

Footnotes (please do not use endnotes) should be in Times New Roman, 10 pt.

When the consecutive note comes from the same book or journal of the previous note:

When the consecutive note comes from a different book of the same author:

When the consecutive note comes from the same book and the same page of the previous note:

The number of notes in the text should be placed after angle quotes and before punctuation mark («…»1.)

Review

Review should follow the same guidelines. The number of pages of the book quotations should not be placed as footnotes but in the text between round brackets. Review should contain:

  • A summary of the book subject.
  • Quotations from the book reviewed (quotation should be followed by the number of page) which emphasize the subject and feedback of the author.
  • Author’s opinion (positive or negative) should be well distinguished from the contents of the book reviewed.
